After high school, I moved to Venice and studied at the Fine Arts Academy for two years. During my studies, I began to work in the atelier of artist Gino de Dominicis who spent the summer months in Venice (here).
De Dominicis then invited me to his studio in Rome, so I moved to the capital and worked as his assistant for several years. In Rome I had many experiences that were very important to me drawing for magazines, and I began to make my first sculptures.
When I returned to Venice, I had the opportunity to visit “Mosaici Orsoni”, a company that produces glass mosaic, and I fell in love with glass and its colours. Lucio Orsoni, the owner, taught me the art of mosaic and so I began to make sculptures “clad” in tesserae. My first exhibitions included a participation in the “Glass Biennale” in Venice (here).
Over the years, my collaborations and exhibitions have multiplied in the fields of publishing, sculpture and mosaic (here). Workshop (here).
